Hillside Senior Apartments will be a 5-story elevator building for those aged 55 and older. Construction will begin this Fall with occupancy starting in the Fall of 2025. 

The 42-unit building will include one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 650sf to 900sf.  Building amenities include an outdoor terrace, community room, laundry rooms and free parking.  The property will have onsite maintenance and management, secured building access, and a building wide security system.   Units will include energy efficient appliances, including a dishwasher, along with a gracious living space and laminate flooring, with a portion of units containing balconies.
